I cannot hear the bass. What should I check?
Increase the media volume, confirm the intended speaker or headphones are selected, and disconnect unused Bluetooth devices. If another app interrupted audio, close and reopen Mega Bass.
How can I reduce touch-to-sound delay?
Use the built-in speakers or a wired audio connection. Bluetooth audio introduces wireless latency that the app cannot remove.
How do I download another sound?
Open the sound store, choose a sound, and allow its files to download. An internet connection is required for the first download.
How do I play with a backing loop?
Open Music, select a loop, and wait for the first download to finish. Return to the bass and play while the loop repeats.
How do lessons, XP, coins, and streaks work?
Open Lessons and complete the highlighted notes in sequence. Finishing lessons awards XP and coins and contributes to your practice streak.
How does unlocking with a rewarded ad work?
Eligible sounds, loops, and rewards unlock after the advertising provider confirms that the video was watched completely. If no ad is available, wait briefly and try again.
How do I restore Mega Bass Pro?
Use the same Apple Account that purchased the subscription, open the Mega Bass Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases while connected to the internet.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, and select Mega Bass. Apple manages renewals and cancellation.
