The steps below reflect the current Mega Piano experience on iPhone and iPad.
I cannot hear the piano. What should I check?
Increase the media volume, confirm that audio is routed to the intended speaker or headphones, and disconnect any Bluetooth device you are not using. If another app interrupted audio, close and reopen Mega Piano.
How can I reduce the delay between a touch and the sound?
For the most responsive experience, use the built-in speakers or a wired audio connection. Bluetooth devices add wireless latency that the app cannot remove. Closing demanding background apps may also help.
How do I choose another instrument?
Open the Instrument Center, choose an available sound, and wait for any required download to finish. Premium sounds require an active subscription; eligible sounds may also offer a rewarded-ad unlock.
How do I play with a backing track or metronome?
Open Music, select a backing track or configure the metronome, then return to the piano while playback continues. An internet connection is required the first time a downloadable track is used.
How do lessons work?
Open Lessons and choose a song or exercise. Follow the highlighted notes and timing feedback. Some advanced lessons may require Premium or an eligible rewarded ad.
Where are my recordings saved?
Recordings are stored locally on your device. You can play, rename, delete, or share them from the recordings area. A recording leaves the app only after you choose to share or export it.
How does unlocking with a rewarded ad work?
The item is unlocked only after the advertising provider confirms that the full rewarded video was completed. If an ad is unavailable, check your connection, wait briefly, and try again.
How do I restore or cancel Mega Piano Premium?
Use Restore Purchases in the Premium screen while signed in with the Apple Account that purchased the subscription. To manage or cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, and select Mega Piano.
Where can I review advertising privacy choices?
When required for your region, open Mega Piano Settings and select Privacy Options. The iOS tracking permission can also be changed in the device's Privacy & Security settings.
