Privacy Policy

Mega Piano is an ad-supported app with optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Oliveira Labs does not require an account and does not directly ask for your name, postal address, or phone number.

Third-party services may automatically process limited technical information, such as device and advertising identifiers, IP address, operating-system version, app interactions, advertising data, purchase events, crash information, and diagnostics. This information may be used to provide and measure advertising, deliver app content, process purchases, prevent fraud, maintain reliability, and improve the app.

Mega Piano uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting ads and uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing data used to track activity across other companies' apps and websites.

You may deny tracking without losing access to the app. You can change the tracking permission in iOS Settings and, when required for your region, reopen advertising privacy choices from Mega Piano's Settings screen. A Premium subscription removes third-party advertising from the app.

If you choose Allow measurement, Mega Piano uses Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app usage, verified subscription transactions, and advertising revenue. Measurement data is shared with the linked Google Ads account to evaluate user acquisition campaigns. This choice does not enable personalized advertising.

You can enable or disable measurement in the app Settings. Disabling collection stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically delete information previously collected. Advertising consent and Apple's tracking permission are managed separately.

O consentimento para publicidade e a permissão de rastreamento da Apple são tratados separadamente.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Oliveira Labs receives transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock Premium features, restore purchases, and provide support, but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Mega Piano connects to Oliveira Labs' Supabase project to retrieve the catalog and download optional instruments, lessons, and backing tracks. Supabase may process network and request metadata to deliver and secure this content.

Downloaded sounds, recordings, unlock status, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Recordings leave the app only when you explicitly choose to share or export them.

Local app data remains on the device until you remove it in the app, delete the app, or erase the device. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies. Because Mega Piano has no user account, there is no account profile to delete. For a privacy or deletion request involving information held by Oliveira Labs, contact us using the address below.

Oliveira Labs uses reasonable safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Mega Piano is not directed to children under 13, and Oliveira Labs does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page, and the effective date above will be revised when appropriate.
